We’re writing to inform you about an upcoming change to your account with Virpus. We’re excited to announce that we’re moving all customer accounts and services to a new, enhanced portal hosted by our sister company, Digital-VM.com. This is the change we have been waiting for to provide our clients with Data Centers around the world and with all the latest technologies.
What does this mean for you?
- No changes to your services: Rest assured, the services you currently enjoy will remain exactly the same. There will be no interruption or alteration to your services.
- Streamlined billing: The only change you’ll experience is with your billing. Going forward, you’ll receive invoices and manage your billing through the new Digital-VM.com portal. The name on your billing statements will also reflect Digital-VM.com.
What do you need to do?
In the coming days, you will receive a separate email with detailed instructions on how to access the new portal and manage your account. This email will include your new login credentials and guide you through the transition process. We encourage you to look out for this email and follow the steps provided.
